Shipping

The mirror travels by courier in protective packaging made to its measure.

Slovakia 17 €, Czechia 22 €, Austria 24 €, Germany 30 €. The fee is added at checkout according to the country you choose.

For other countries we agree the delivery individually.

Four weeks from the confirmation of your order as standard.

Every mirror is made to measure — we hold nothing in stock.

For the Display and Matrix models the dates stated with the pre-order apply.

By bank transfer against a proforma invoice.

We release the order into production once the payment arrives.

Card payment is in preparation. Eclario s.r.o. is not registered for VAT, so the prices stated are final.

Inspect the consignment when you take delivery.

If the packaging or the mirror is damaged, write to us within 24 hours and send a photograph of both.

We produce the replacement ahead of the queue.
